TradeShield™ protection applies only when payment and transaction communication stay on BrainTradez. If someone tries to move you off-platform, that’s a red flag.
Disputes must be opened within 24 hours of delivery or completion. Waiting too long can remove eligibility.
Refund decisions are based on the listing details, platform messages, delivery/completion proof, and any submitted evidence. TradeShield™ is designed to be consistent and evidence-based.
Screenshots and proof of delivery/completion are what resolve disputes quickly.
Don’t wait. Verify delivery as soon as it’s received so you can act within the dispute window.
Off-platform deals are not protected. If someone asks, walk away.
