These Terms govern your access to and use of BrainTradez, operated by Hop Skip Jump, Inc. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Marketplace Role

BrainTradez is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. BrainTradez is not the buyer or seller in user-to-user transactions.

TradeShield™ Buyer Protection

Certain transactions may be eligible for TradeShield™ buyer protection. TradeShield™ applies only when payment and transaction-related communication remain on the BrainTradez platform.

• Disputes must be opened within 24 hours of delivery or completion
• Evidence may be required, including screenshots and delivery proof
• Off-platform payments or communication void TradeShield™ protection

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and listing information
• Do not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or scams
• Follow platform rules and dispute procedures

Limitation of Liability

BrainTradez is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainTradez is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
