Be specific and document everything. Most disputes come down to proof of delivery, proof of completion, and whether the delivered item matches the listing.
Off-platform payments or deal changes are not protected. If you move the transaction outside BrainTradez, verification is lost and TradeShield™ cannot be enforced.
Buyers must report problems promptly. The dispute window opens at delivery or completion and remains open for 24 hours. Issues reported after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for TradeShield™ protection.
The seller did not deliver the item within the expected timeframe and cannot provide proof of delivery or completion.
The delivered item is missing major components, is a different item, or does not meet the listing’s core requirements.
Delivery was made to the wrong account or unusable credentials were provided due to seller error.
The seller confirms they cannot complete delivery or agrees that delivery did not match the listing.
Open a dispute within 24 hours and submit clear documentation and screenshots.
The seller is required to respond with proof of delivery or completion.
BrainTradez reviews the evidence and applies TradeShield™ rules consistently.
If protection rules are met, a refund is issued. Otherwise, the transaction is completed.
