Protection applies when payment is completed on BrainTradez. Don’t pay via Cash App, crypto, or “friends & family.”
Keep all messages on BrainTradez so the transaction can be verified if a dispute is needed.
When the item is delivered, confirm it matches the listing. If there’s an issue, don’t wait.
If the item is missing or materially different, open a dispute within the dispute window and provide screenshots/receipts.
BrainTradez reviews the facts and applies the rules. If protection rules are met, the buyer may be eligible for a refund.

Provide what was promised, within the expected timeframe. Keep proof of delivery/completion.
