TradeShield™ Refunds

Refunds are issued only when TradeShield™ requirements are met. This includes staying on-platform for payment and communication.

• Disputes must be opened within 24 hours
• Evidence may be required
• Off-platform transactions are not eligible

Non-Refundable Situations

• Buyer remorse
• Completed and accepted deliveries
• Violations of platform rules
